Two models still dominate the real estate industry. The traditional model and the 100% shop model.

The traditional model offers low to moderate agent commissions but prides itself in low overhead to the agent, typically providing desk space, advertising, signage, administration, etc.

The 100% shops offer varying looks but default to the standard practice of 1.) higher commissions, usually 70%; 2.) a cap of monies paid to the company at which point the agent receives 100% of commissions. 3) agents picking up 100% of expenses and overhead.

Times have changed. We input your listings, send them to over 30 websites, set up a free guided tour, set your showing appointments, do the graphic designing for your advertising, submit your advertising, prepare your closing file, and write you a check within 10 minutes. No charge.

You pay 3 Things:
1. A $2 montly benevolence fee
2. Optional advertising above what we provide3. Signage

We provide core advertising that keeps you from paying for any advertising unless you want to. Our media contracts give you the best prices when you want to do advertising.

Our In-House sign shop gives you signs on the spot (usually within an hour or two) from riders to 4x8s. Get one or 50. Our basic personalized yard sign is a flat $14.
