IN-HOUSE TRAINING: This is an intensive series of classes that give you the knowledge needed to conduct yourself in a professional manner. These include the purchase contract, dual agency, CMA's, multiple offers, contingencies, listing presentations, real estate finance, redhibition, and much, much more. In addition to generating business, it is important that each Realtor be extremely knowledgeable in the legal and professional aspects of the business to avoid conflicts and lawsuits. These classes are taught in-house by our management.

EFASTART: This is a free interactive course available through CB where each agent interacts with other CB agents throughout the country. A live instructor coordinates activities. This class gives state of the art strategies on generating buyers and sellers and getting your business started quickly.

CB Works: Coldwell Banker works is a wealth of information JUST for Coldwell Banker agents! On the site, you will find CBU (Coldwell Banker University), information on how to get buyers, sellers, market and promote yourself, emarketing, track your Coldwell Banker awards and so much more!

BREAKFAST CLUB: Our breakfast club meets once a month at the Board office in Monroe and discusses a variety of subjects important in our business. Tables are arranged in a circle to promote interaction and discussion. Speakers are occassionally invited but goal is idea sharing. Breakfast is provided by the company.

COFFEE TALK with Darryl: Every Monday from 10:00-11:00 agents meet in the WM kitchen for one hour for open discussion on absolutely any subject you wish. There is no agenda, speaker, etc., just open conversation on questions you have and great fellowship.

WEBINARS: CBGOR consistently offers webinars from nationally recognized instructors on key subjects in the field of real estate. Recent webinars have included short sales, taking better photos, and listing presentations. These are free as a courtesy of the company.

MENTOR: One of greatest benefits of our company is the available of an experienced MENTOR completely free to you. In addition to our greatt management team and staff that is available 24/7, Hubert Yeldell is available to any agent that wishes to be guided through the real estate process step by step.
